「送蛇迎馬」年廿八團年聚會

2 月 15 日崇拜後 3 點開始
節目：年終感恩聚會，共享湯丸美食，在一年將盡之時數算主的作為。
請誠意邀請親友參加當天 1:30 的主日崇拜以及崇拜後的團年節目。
請到接待處填上你準備帶的食物。

2026 年會友大會 Annual Vestry / Annual General Meeting

日期：2026 年 2 月 22 日
時間：崇拜後 3:00-5:00 PM

註冊會友敬請留步出席。（可到接待處確認註冊會友名單）
其他弟兄姊妹也歡迎旁聽，以認識教會異象和運作更多。
年報將於 2 月 15 日派發。

值理提名：
下屆值理會最少要填補一席。註冊教友可提名候選人。
凡擬提名者可向牧師或堂長查詢提名資格並取得提名表格。
填妥後請於 2 月 8 日 (日) 或之前遞交。

投票權：
教會的〈會章〉第十三條說明，只有有良好出席記錄的註冊會友（members in good standing）才有權在年度會友大會中投票。〈會章〉第九條界定，所有會友原則上皆被視為有良好出席記錄，除非連續三個月或以上沒有參與任何教會活動，又沒有因病、外遊等明顯原因告知教會，亦沒有表示願意繼續作會友。若會友目前不具良好出席記錄，仍歡迎出席年度會友大會，但暫時沒有投票權，直至重新持續參與教會活動達三個月或以上為止。

Voting Eligibility:
According to the church By-laws Section 13, only members who are in good standing are entitled to vote at the annual general meeting. Section 9 states that all members are considered to be in good standing except those who have been absent from normal church activities for three (3) consecutive months or more without an obvious reason (i.e. illness or vacation) and without any communication of interest in remaining a member. Members who are not currently in good standing are still welcome to attend the annual general meeting, but are ineligible to vote until they have resumed participation in church activities for three (3) consecutive months or more.
